Garuda Indonesia to start Mumbai-Bali non-stop flights
Now, you can fly non-stop from Mumabi-Bali soon. Indonesia AirAsia X is a joint venture between AirAsia X and Indonesia AirAsia. The Garuda Indonesia is all set to fly soon from Mumbai to Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport (Denpasar) starting 23 April. AirAsia hass pulled its flight from Mumbai, including the one to Bali via Kuala Lumpur.
Garuda Indonesia will fly twice a week between Mumbai and Bali, departure on Monday and Thursday. The service will start from May 19 and they will soon add a third flight on Saturday. Guess what? The round trip fare is Rs23,000 inclusive of all taxes. The fare is non-refundable but you can carry 30kg baggage allowance, 25% child discount and a 90% infant discount. Moreover, the food is inclusive as Garuda is a full-service carrier.
The flight timings too are flexible, Flight GA 814 will depart Mumbai at 21.50, arriving in Denpasar at 7.55 the next morning. From Bali, flight GA 815 will depart at 15.40 and land in Mumbai at 20.25 hrs.

The Garuda Indonesia is the first direct flight from Mumbai-Bali and it willl surely make your journey less tiresome. Before, it used to take two-four hours that other flights via Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok take.
The flight will be operated on the Airbus A330-200, with a 2-4-2 configuration in Economy. The airline’s communication indicates it will have 36 flatbeds in Business Class, though fares for this aren’t currently available online.
