As per the notification, there is a job vacancy for the post of Soldier General Duty GD. Candidates can apply for the vacancy till 8th June 2019 on the official website of Join Indian Army.

Through this recruitment drive, the Indian Army would fill up a total of 100 posts of Soldier.

Soldier General Duty (Women Military Police) – 100 Posts

Eligibility Criteria for Indian Army Soldier GD vacancy:

Applicants should have passed Matric/ 10th/ SSLC or equivalent. Candidates should have an aggregate 45% marks and also 33% marks in each subject of Class 10th.

However, only female candidates are eligible to apply for the vacancy.

Height required:

142 cms

Age Limit:

The minimum age limit required for the vacancy is 17.5 years while the maximum age limit for the vacancy is 21 years.

Application Fee:

There will be no application fee required for any category candidates.

Physical Eligibility:

• Running Group (I): 1.6 km in 07 minutes 30 seconds
• Running Group (II): 1.6 km in 08 minutes
• Long Jump: 10 feet
• High jump: 3 feet
