REET Exam 2021: Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teacher to be held on September 26; check details

REET 2021: Important update for students waiting for the REET 2021 exam. The Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan has announced the examination date of the REET 2021 exam.

The announcement has been made by the Rajasthan Education Minister, Govind Singh Dotasra. Taking the important information to Twitter, Dotasra informed REET 2021 aspirants that their examination will be held on September 26, 2021.

“It has been decided to conduct the exam on 26th September. Applications for EWS candidates will be accepted from June 21 to July 5. Very soon the Board of Secondary Education will release the revised press release,” Rajasthan education minister tweeted.

Noteworthy, this is the sixth time REET exam dates have been announced by the state government. Around 31,000 seats will be filled for the third-grade teachers under this exam.

According to the tweet, the board will allow EWS aspirants to submit their application forms from June 21 to July 5, 2021. While the official notification for the same will be released soon on the official website of RBSE.

Earlier, the board postponed the REET 2021 exam for June 20, 2021. However, it got postponed due to the surge in coronavirus cases.

A total of 16,40,319 applicants have applied for the REET 2021 exam. Out of the total applications, 363317 candidates have applied for the first level, 363819 for the second level, and 913183 candidates for both levels.
