Man posts intimate pictures of wife on WhatsApp group; assaults her

In a shocking incident, a man allegedly shared intimate pictures with his wife on social media. He even projected his wife as a call girl.

According to a report in timesnownews.com, the man also harassed his wife over dowry. The incident has been reported in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh on Wednesday and came to light when the victim staged a protest with her parents and relatives at a local police station.

The accused man is a junior assistant at a private college in Tirupati. The accused man and the woman got married in August and three days after the marriage he started assaulting her and also started demanding dowry.

The woman also got pregnant soon after the wedding but aborted the foetus due to the regular assault.

As time passed, the accused man started demanding more dowry from his wife and also subjected her to physical and mental harassment.

After facing the continuous assault, the victim went to her parents’ house in Bengaluru. Her husband accused her of stealing gold and cash worth Rs 20 lakh.

The woman recently came to know that the accused man also posted her intimate pictures on her college WhatsApp group, including her nude pictures, The Times of India reported. He also projected his wife as a call girl who charged Rs 3,000 for an hour.

The victim woman said that it was the height of his sadism which she couldn’t tolerate anymore.

On Wednesday, the woman and her family lodged a complaint against the accused.

Meanwhile, he has been booked under the relevant section to domestic violence and dowry harassment.
