Tamil Nadu: Upset over mother’s illicit affair, 19-year-old boy brutally bludgeons her to death

In a shocking incident reported from Tamil Nadu’s Madurai, a 19-year-old boy allegedly bludgeoned his mother to death over her ‘illicit’ affair with a man.

The deceased, S Vanjimala was allegedly having an extra-marital affair. When her teen son, identified as S Omsakthi, came to know about it, he warned her. She, however, chose to pay no attention. This resulted in constant squabble between the mother-son duo.

Irked with his mother for not ending her alleged extra-marital relationship, Omsakthi smashed her head with a grinding stone on Monday. She was rushed to a near by hospital, where she was declared dead. Following this, the police were informed and Omsakthi was taken into custody, as per a report by The Times of India.

In another horrific incident, a widow was allegedly raped and murdered by her 21-year-old son in Karnataka’s Haveri district in November last year.

As per the police, the victim, after the passing away of her husband, developed sexual relationships with her son and few others. He son was upset as he wanted her to be involved only with him. He asked her to end ties with her other men, but she refused. angered over this, he allegedly murdered her.
