Government Jobs 2021: Apply for these jobs, get salary under 7th Pay Commission

If you are looking for a government job under the Ministry of Defence then Border Roads Organization (BRO) has released a recruitment drive for such aspirants. The interesting part about this recruitment notification is that the selected candidates will get the pay Matrix as per the 7th Pay Commission (7th CPC).

As many as 459 candidates who will qualify for the exam will get the salary under Level 1 to Level 5 of the 7th CPC under this recruitment drive.

BRO has invited an application form for the recruitment of the General Reserve Engineer Force for males only.

Interested and eligible candidates can participate in the BRO GREF recruitment drive in the prescribed format within 45 days of publication of this advertisement on its official website at bro.gov.in.

Total post- 459 vacancies

195 are for the unreserved category, 121 for OBC, 66 for SC, 45 for EWS, and 32 for the ST category.

Payscale under 7th CPC salary:

Selected candidates will get the salary as per 7th CPC:

• Draughtsman - Pay Level 5 Rs. 29200-92300 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
• Supervisor Store - Pay Level 4 Rs. 25500-81100 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
• Radio Mechanic - Pay Level 4 Rs. 25500-81100 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
• Lab Assistant - Pay Level 3 Rs. 21700-69100 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
• Multi Skilled Worker - Pay Level 1 Rs. 18000-56900 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC
• Store Keeper Technical - Pay Level 2 Rs. 19900-63200 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC

Eligibility criteria for BRO Multi-skilled Worker Draughtsman and Other Posts
Educational qualification:

• For Draughtsman: Candidates must have qualified class 12th with a science subject from a recognized institute.
• For Multi-Skilled Worker: Applicants should have qualified class 10th from a recognized board or equivalent, plus candidates must have ITI from the relevant trade.
• For Lab Assistant: Candidates should have a degree in a related subject from a recognized institution.

Multi-Skilled Worker-

• Minimum age limit 18 years
• Maximum age limit- 25 Years.

For Other Posts –

• Minimum age limit- 18
• Maximum age limit- 27 Years

BRO Recruitment 2021 selection process

Candidates will be selected on the basis of the Physical Efficiency Test & Practical Test (Trade Test) and Written Test.
