Noida: Shame! 6-year-old girl mercilessly assaulted by madrassa cleric for this silly reason

In a shocking incident from Noida, a six-year-old girl was brutally assaulted by a cleric in a madrassa in Sorkha. The incident was reported earlier this month when cleric brutally assaulted minor for failing to recite an Arabic word in class. After parents came to know about his ill-doing, they filed a complaint at sector 49 police station on 5th May. While the accuse is on run.

The incident came to light on 4th May when the victim’s father brought his both the daughters home for the weekend. While the victim’s mother was bathing the minor she noticed bruises on her back when questioned as to how she got bruised then their elder daughter narrated the whole incident.

As per HT report, girls told that cleric assaulted the minor with belt due to which she lost consciousness and about two hours she regained the consciousness. Father who is a taxi driver was startled when they heard this. They immediately left for madrassa to confront the incident from cleric but as soon as they reached madrassa they were not allowed to enter the mosque complex as cleric’s goons kept them out. After this only they approached the police for help.

As per the family’s complaint, police has booked the accused under several sections, sections 323 (punishment for voluntarily causing hurt) and 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace) of IPC. The suspect is on a run while the police are searching for him.
