Chennai Super Kings’ skipper MS Dhoni is inspiration to many budding cricketers. The young crop of cricketers look up to him as legend of the game. MS Dhoni has been part of the Indian line-up since 2004 and has never looked back since then.
Hardik Pandya recently posted an inspirational message for his idol MS Dhoni. Pandya took to his official Twitter account to share a picture and captioned it, “My inspiration, my friend, my brother, my legend @msdhoni.”

Before the start of the tournament, Pandya was seen practicing MS Dhoni’s signature ‘helicopter shot’ in the practice session with Mumbai Indians. Pandya also tried it in a match against Dhoni’s CSK when the latter was keeping behind the stumps.
After the match, Pandya revealed that he asked MS Dhoni, how he liked the shot? To which Dhoni said, it was good. The duo have played for the Indian cricket team together. Hardik is often seen praising MS Dhoni and there is a good reason for it.
MS Dhoni holds many records under his belt, from winning the World Cup for India to winning three Indian Premier League titles for his team Chennai Super Kings.
Hardik Pandya’s Mumbai Indians met Chennai Super Kings last night for the first qualifier of IPL 2019. Mumbai Indians comfortably won the match by 6 wickets to become the first team in IPL 2019 to reach finals. Chennai Super Kings have another chance to make their way to the finals as they will play the second qualifier against the winning team of today’s eliminator.
