Is this the reason WWE couple John Cena and Nikki Bella ended their 6-year long relationship?

"Nikki and John truly love each other, but they will never have the same view on a perfect future," the source tells ET. "Nikki has always dreamt of having a family of her own and John does not want children and that was the main cause of their break up. They are both dedicated to their careers, but Nikki wants more than just that."

"Nikki thought at one point she could get past wanting children and that her love for John was enough, but as time went on, she has realized her dreams of a family would never happen with John," the source continues. "She couldn't get past the idea of not having her own baby."

The twin sister of Nikki, Brie Bella confessed that she was both sad and relieved that Nikki called off her marriage to the WWE superstar. 

Brie thought that Nikki was giving up the chance to have a family which she wanted from a long time.

One of the close friend to of Brie even said that on one point of time, she was so mad at him (John Cena) that Brie wants to kill him.

Brie was worried that her sister is sacrificing way too much just to be with this guy and the on the top of that, she wanted to be a mother but certainly, Cena wasn't ready for that.

The source added: “The things she said when she was with John – that she didn’t need to be a wife or that she didn’t need to be a mum – that’s just not Nikki.”

However, statements from the couple suggested that the break-up was amicable, but sources have claimed, Nikki is “heartbroken”.
