Meghan Markle's ex-husband, Trevor Engelson is planning to marry again.
He asked out to his girlfriend Tracey Kurland in California over the weekend. The producer reportedly confirmed this news via social media, posting an image to his (private) Instagram account featuring Kurland's diamond engagement ring alongside the caption, "Luckiest guy I know! Get ready to party."
Trevor and Meghan were married for two years, they got married in Jamaica in September 2011. They separated in the summer of 2013 and officially divorced a year later.
They began dating in the 2004, after reportedly meeting in a bar during the beginning of Markle's acting career.
Meghan, A Hollywood Princess, a new book by Princess Diana’s biographer Andrew Morton, claims the former couple met at a dive bar when she was about to start her career in acting.
Deadline reported in September that Engelson was producing a not-yet-titled show that appears to be inspired by his ex.
The description of the show reads: “Divorce is hard. Sharing custody is harder. Sharing custody with the British Royal family when your wife marries a prince, in the unforgiving spotlight of London’s tabloid media, is next level.”
It is still not confirmed as to when Engelson will marry his new bride Tracey, though we're willing to bet the ceremony will certainly be much more private and low-key than Meghan's second wedding.
