Watch: Heart-stopping video captures motorcyclist's narrow escape from train

A hair raising video has recorded a biker’s close call from an oncoming train. Recording from Mumbai displays how the biker got away with his life seconds before his two wheeler was squashed by the oncoming train, According to a report in Hindustan Times, it was a Rajdhani Express that hit the two-wheeler on February 12.

In the clip, the biker can be seen trying to go across the railway track, it appears that unconcerned about the oncoming train. The biker paid no heed to the railway crossing gate that had been brought down to stop people from wandering onto the tracks, reports Loksatta. His attempt at saving a few seconds, however, proved to be a woeful error.

The footage displays how the biker was forced to leave his two-wheeler on the tracks and run for his life as the train closed in. The two-wheeler was turned into fragments due to the impact, but luckily, its rider escaped unharmed. The biker was seen scrambling to get out of harm's way and getting up after the train had gone by.
