WWE Money in the Bank: Everything you need to know about the grand event on June 18
WWE PPV matches have already started. Wrestlemania led to The Greatest Royal Rumble and Backlash and now its time for Money in the Bank 2018.
This PPV match started at WrestleMania 22 and since then it has become one of the traditional matches. These are the details of the match, that you need to know:
Money In the bank 2018, Date
WWE AdminThis match is scheduled on June 17 at Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois, US. A day before the final showdown there would be NXT TakeOver in Chicago.
WWE Money In The BANK matches
While Kevin Owens, Bobby Roode, Braun Strowman, The Miz, Rusev, Finn Balor, A member of New Day ( not confirmed), there is one wrestler yet to get a chance in eight men battle.
The main goal of the match is getting the briefcase hanging above the ring. The briefcase would have a contract that could be used anytime this year for a free title shot.
Only possible way to get the briefcase is to climb the ladder and grab that briefcase.
Women matches
Last year women's Money in the Bank match started. The match was won by Carmella which she recently used to defeated Charlotte and get the Diva championship belt.
Divas like Charlotte, Peyton Royce, Ember Moon, Sasha Banks, Ruby Riott, Alexa Bliss, Bayley, Mickie James, Becky Lynch, Mandy Rose, Sonya Deville, Natalya, Sarah Logan, Liv Morgan, Dana Brooke, Lana, Billie Kay, Naomi and Sonya Deville will be seen trying their luck.
Title Matches
Last Man Standing match
There would be a faceoff between AJ Styles and Nakamura. This match would for WWE Championship. After AJ defeated Nakamura at WrestleMania 34, Nakamura has been furious and asked for rematches. Winner of this last man standing match would get a chance to enter Money in the Bank title match.
WWE Raw Women's Championship
Ronda who debut at WrestleMania 34 was challenged by Nia Jax publicly for a shot at her title. Ronda accepted the challenge and they seemed to be on good terms by then. But, it was Stephanie McMahon who stirred animosity between the two.
Roman Reigns VS Jinder Mahal
Jinder Mahal was annoyed that he did not get an opportunity and he lashed out at Roman Reigns, not letting him win a Money in the Bank qualifier. This upset Reigns and he thrashed Jinder mercilessly.
