Good news! for Reliance Jio users
Good news for Reliance Jio users, the delivery of Reliance Jio's Jio phone will be completed by Diwali which is on 19 October 2017. The delivery of the phone started on 24 September and the company is expecting to complete the order just in 15 days.
Approx six million users have done pre-booking for Reliance Jio's 4G VoLTE-enabled feature phone. A micro-blogging site user has asked a query on Twitter, “Jio phone kab aayega?.” Responding to query Reliance Jio care official wrote on Twitter, “Thanks for reaching put, We have started the delivery of JioPhone in a phased manner to avoid inconvenience to our customers. Please be assured that all customers who have done the pre-booking of JioPhone will receive it by Diwali,”

The address of the store and pickup date of the Jio phone will be sent to the customer by SMS added the Jio Care in its Tweet, “We will send you an SMS informing about the store address and oickup date as soon as it is ready for delivery. The delivery status of your JioPhone order will soon be available on 1800 890 8900.”

Reliance Jio is providing the free 4g phone to its customers, as the price money of the phone 1500 will be refunded to the user, if the user prefers to return the device after 3 years. Whoever pre-booked the phone had to pay Rs 500 upfront and the rest amount was payable once the phone will reach the user.
